Meet Brantford Office

Dharti holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (2020) and began her career as a Newcomer Mental Health Worker at a settlement agency. She is a registered member of the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and an active member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. With over three years of experience, Dharti supports newcomers and homeless populations through virtual and in-person counseling, mediation, and system navigation. She provides inclusive care for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ youth and families using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, and Strengths-Based approaches.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, Dharti combines empathy, cultural understanding, and professionalism. Outside work, she enjoys exploring cafes and creating zendoodling artwork. She also offers virtual counseling across all Intelligent Health Group locations.
